House Update #2

July 1st is our closing date! Everything has fallen into place despite several major hiccups in the process, such as lies in the original listing. The only thing we're waiting for now is for the owner to pump the septic and have it visually inspected, then it will be in the bank's hands from there. The only disappointing thing is we are not able to take out an additional add on loan for repairs/renovations. Based on that, we'll only be able to put in new carpeting and paint, no new appliances :( We'll have to save up to buy those in the future. The remodel in the bathroom and kitchen will have to wait as well. I can't wait to move out and finally move into our own home. It's going to be fabulous.
